The JUMO eTRON M electronic microstat is an on/off controller
incorporating a defrosting function and operating hours counter for
refrigeration control. The eTRON M features a single input
(temperature, current, or voltage), multiple available supply
voltages, and either one 10A / 250V or two 5A / 250V SPDT relay
outputs. A host of smart features such as adjustable switch
differentials, freezing of the display value upon initiation of the
defrost cycle, time-delayed switch-on after power, multiple alarm
types, and available set-up program help make the eTRON M the
controller of choice for simple heating or cooling temperature
control.
The JUMO eTRON M100 is an electronic refrigeration controller
offering two inputs for acquiring the room and evaporator
temperatures plus separate relays for the cooling unit (16A / 250V),
defrost heating (8A / 250V), and fan (8A / 250V). The controller
includes user-configurable cooling, defrosting, and fan functions.
There are two pre-set optional configurations available: option 1
can be either an alarm relay (16A / 250V) or audible buzzer, option
2 can be either an RS485 interface or a combination of datalogger,
real-time clock, and RS485 interface to enable HACCP monitoring of
the cold chain.
The JUMO eTRON T has a similar feature set to the eTRON M but is
housed in a space-efficient DIN-rail mounted body for those
applications where front-panel access to the controller is
potentially not necessary or not desired. The small size of this
digital thermostat results in only one available 10A / 250V relay
output, but a display of the process temperature/setpoint and LED
indication of the relay state are maintained. As in all eTRON units,
a customized temperature sensor linearization, for example for
thyristors, can be stored in each unit from the factory or via the
set-up software.
